Our clients are diverse. They don't all have the same level of need, and neither do you. We work with each client to develop Web solutions for their particular business. We do maintenance and small updates on existing Websites. We set up new Websites. We develop custom coding projects to meet a specific goal. Regardless of the scope, however, each client gets our full attention and the best service at the fairest price we can provide.

New client Emplume engaged SWS to do an overhaul of their existing Website. We standardized the navigation on the site, replaced their Flash gallery with a more user-friendly, faster loading JavaScript solution, added a new section so they could showcase real weddings that use their beautiful custom-made wedding accessories, and worked with them to implement a search engine optimization (SEO) approach that brought Emplume to the first page of Google within two weeks.

Miss Kate's Maids, a unique bridesmaids' boutique, needed a less costly, more responsive Web team. SWS found them a reasonable hosting package, moved their site, and took over maintenance and extensions for them. Often, SWS can offer same-day service for content changes to a site, like we do for Miss Kate's Maids. In 2008, we'll help Miss Kate's Maids open their online store.

Entrepreneurship runs in the family. Miss Kate's sister Meg has her own retail boutique The Fuchsia Frog. The shop offers a dazzling array of one-of-a-kind, monogrammed gifts for the home, children, and men and women of all ages and interests. Like her sister, Meg was searching for more value for her Website dollars. SWS brought their dormant Website, including its full-featured online store, back to life, for a lower cost and higher level of service than they thought possible. We even trained their staff on how to use the online store administration features more effectively.

Nelson Literary Agency tasked us to develop a custom database application to help them organize their ever-increasing load of prospective author submissions. A year later, SWS developed a Wiki tool for NLA to let them generate their highly formatted monthly newsletter in a self-serve manner, without the need to involve a technical resource. SWS upgraded the look and feel of NLA's award-winning blog, Pub Rants.

One non-profit client, Cranbrook Music Guild uses us as their on-call IT Department. An all-volunteer organization, they rely on us to maintain their Website content and do directed technical projects on as as-needed basis.

We helped research, design, and integrate an online shopping cart for Airchitex, a small retail business that sells embedded network devices.

Our graphic design strategic partner, Visual Impact Marketing, uses us to keep their Website as fresh as their designs. SWS's latest additions to the VIM site are the Flash intro, and work on the gallery areas.
